Yes, gone. But, fortunately there was no nasty computer to blame, just my fingers. I just finished editing WHEN YOU LEAVE and wiped out more than 20,000 words. Actually 21,400 words. That’s a lot of words. And it was hard to keep hitting the delete button. But I feel so much better about it. Hopefully the story of Haley and Jeremy is the better for it.
